Description of our wedding planner and coordination services for the bride and groom
Unlimited consultation upon signing the contract
Assistance with securing the wedding venue and/or liaising with them on your behalf
Wedding event management team on the day (Lead Coordinator + up to 3 assistants)
Oversight of ceremony and reception setup and arrangement prior to the event
Preparation and distribution of universal wedding program incorporating resort staff and all suppliers ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the schedule, timeline and their duties
Floral and decor styling with the venue to ensure your vision is adhered to
Our team’s presence throughout the wedding to ensure key moments and services are facilitated from beginning to end of the reception, we are central contact on the day
Facilitation of pre wedding day celebration (example: Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, etc.)
Sourcing, liaising and coordination with all local third party wedding suppliers and acting as the central point of contact on behalf of couple (additional costs to suppliers apply)
Photographers and Videographers
Hair & makeup artists
DJ/Music and/or other entertainment
Local Emcee/Host and Ceremony Officiant
Couple’s personal page on our domain as an online wedding website (optional) that showcases photos of you guys and informs guests about the wedding venue, travel information, with custom RSVP forms. Your custom wedding web page will be used by our team to:
collect guest's RSVP’s and collate their details into a shared spreadsheet with you so you're aware of what all your guests are doing, their plans, etc.
showcase the wedding venue and event to your wedding guests
recommended travel logistics
coordinate your guest's accommodation and transport for the wedding

Our Wedding Service Package Costs
PalawanWedding.com/MS Hospitality Services will perform wedding planning, liaising, and coordination services on behalf of the Bride and Groom named in this agreement for a wedding party of up to 80 guests. The services provided will be in accordance with the services listed on page 1 for the total service fee to be paid by the couple of 95,000 PHP +
Accommodation booked for our wedding coordinator while away from Puerto Princesa for the duration of the wedding trip, payment for this will be shouldered by the couple.
1 night at the resort venue + 5,000 PHP for 1 night in Town (if held in Coron or El Nido)
Return Transport for our wedding coordination team from Puerto Princesa
9,000 PHP for return transport to El Nido
Deposit and Payment Schedule
All rates are inclusive of GST and non-vatable. All fees are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP).
Booking Deposit | 50,000 PHP
*Remaining Balance | 45,000 PHP + return transport fee to be paid 6 months before wedding
Total Booking Cost | 95,000 PHP + return transport + accommodation
After making a bank transfer payment, we request that the client provides confirmation of their bank transfer and emails it to us immediately after payment is made (downloaded copy or screenshot). Once payment has cleared in our bank account, we will communicate with the couple/client to confirm the next steps for planning, organizing and coordinating the wedding.
*The rest of the balance (45,000 PHP + return transport fee) must be paid 6 months prior to the finalized wedding date. If remaining balance is not paid at least 6 months before the wedding, a non-refundable cancellation of our services may apply.
