Our on the day wedding coordinator and pre-planning service for 10-30 guests costs 35,000 PHP (+ return transport to the venue from Puerto Princesa and 2 nights accommodation) includes the following services:

Complete wedding event supervision and coordination on the day

  • Including oversight of pre-wedding ceremony and reception setup

  • Preparation of universal wedding schedule and timeline incorporating both resort staff and additional hired wedding suppliers so everyone is aware of what's happening and when

  • Being present throughout the wedding to ensure key moments are facilitated

Sourcing, communicating with, organising and coordinating all additional wedding suppliers on your behalf

  • Photographers, videography and aerial filming, DJ/music/entertainment, hair & makeup artists, event stylist, officiant for ceremony

Assistance with organising local transport and accommodation for you and your guests

  • Couple’s personal page on our domain as an online wedding website (which can include more about your love story and photos of the couple, or be kept simple), and the wedding page will be also used to:

    • collect guest's RSVP’s and collate their details into a shared spreadsheet

    • showcase the wedding venue and event to your wedding guests

    • provide recommended travel logistics, flights, van transfers, itineraries

    • coordinate guest's accommodation requirements and assist them directly

Our on the day wedding coordinator and pre-planning service for 50 guests or more starts at 45,000 PHP and increases 5,000php for every 25 additional guests (+ return transport to the venue from Puerto Princesa and 2 nights accommodation) which includes the following services:
