It is an honor to serve as your exclusive wedding planner and coordinator. Below is our wedding package terms and conditions which outlines our services proposal. If while reading you have any questions or something requires clarification, kindly let us know.

Venue Location: Coron / Discovery Coron / Club Paradise

Number of guests: Up to 30 guests

Description of our wedding planner and coordination services for the bride and groom

  • Wedding planning consultation at key moments in our wedding planning timeline

  • Event management and coordination team to be present on the day (Lead Coordinator + 1 assistant)

    • Oversight of ceremony and reception setup and arrangement prior to the event

    • Preparation and distribution of universal wedding program incorporating resort staff and all suppliers ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the schedule, timeline and their duties

    • Floral and decor styling with the venue to ensure your vision is adhered to

    • Our team’s presence throughout the wedding to ensure key moments and services are facilitated from beginning to end of the reception, we are central contact on the day

    • Facilitation of pre wedding day celebration (example: Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, etc.)

  • Coordination with all local third party wedding suppliers and acting as the central point of contact on behalf of couple (additional costs to suppliers apply)

    • Photographers and Videographers

    • Hair & makeup artists

    • Ceremony Officiant, DJ and/or Emcee

    • Live Band

    • Floral Arrangements and Decor (Kindly note this service and associated items/resourcing may require additional cost as this service is highly dependent on the couples vision. Some venues will include standard decor in their wedding package booked by the couple)

Our Wedding Service Package Costs

PalawanWedding.com/MS Hospitality Services will perform wedding planning, liaising, and coordination services on behalf of the Bride and Groom named in this agreement for a wedding party of up to 30 guests. The services provided will be in accordance with the services listed on page 1 for the total service fee to be paid by the couple of 57,000 PHP plus the below:

  • Accommodation booked for our wedding coordination team (2-3 PAX) while away from Puerto Princesa for the duration of the wedding trip, payment for this will be shouldered by the couple.

    • 2 nights at the resort venue

    • All meals to be shouldered by the couple for our team

  • Return Transport for our wedding coordination team from Puerto Princesa

    • 18,000 PHP for return transport to Coron

  • Extra Guests above the contracted number of guests yields an additional charge of 1,000 PHP per head (Ex: additional 10 guests = 10k php to be charged)

    • The confirmed guest list is to be shared with our team 3 months before the wedding


Deposit and Payment Schedule

All rates are inclusive of GST and non-vatable. All fees are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP).

The Booking Deposit initiates our agreement along with the returned signed (digital accepted) copy of the contract.

Booking Deposit: 35,000 PHP

*Remaining Balance: 40,000 PHP (+ Accommodation booked for us) to be paid 3 months before wedding

Total Booking Cost: 75,000 PHP (inclusive of transport) + Accommodation and meals for our team as above

Payment Method Payment is made as a secure online purchase via our website

After making a bank transfer / payment, we request that the client provides confirmation of their payment and emails it to us immediately after payment is made (downloaded copy or screenshot of e-receipt). Once payment has cleared in our bank account, we will communicate with the couple/client to confirm the next steps for planning, organizing and coordinating the wedding.


*If remaining balance is not paid at least 3 months before the wedding, a non-refundable cancellation of our services may apply.
