You are invited to the Wedding of Belle and Tomas at Daracotan Island, Palawan

Belle, from the Philippines, met Lithuanian Tomas during a stay in Africa (Tanzania). It was love at first sight under the Tanzanian moonlight for these two and now our couple are excited to share their love with family and friends, sharing their respective culture on an adventure wedding you’ll never forget.

Belle and Tomas will be celebrating love and life by hosting their unique wedding adventure from June 19-24, 2020. In addition, YOU, their privileged guests, are invited to join the entourage by boat with the infamous TAO Philippines crew departing from world famous El Nido (wedding held overnight on Daracotan island), cruising through the Palawan Bacuit Archipelago and to the gorgeous islands of Coron/Busuanga. The trip from June 21-23 entails an experience not suited for everyone. Before deciding to take part in this experience you [and everyone in your group] must understand that what Tao offers is not a tour or a hotel. This is journey is to the most remote islands in Palawan.

The Itinerary

The wedding entourage will embark on a Palawan journey with the infamous TAO Philippines crew, and of course our lovely couple. Guests will stay overnight together in Puerto Princesa on the night of June 19th. Early in the AM of June 20, guests will be transferred from Puerto Princessa to El Nido via van as a group, where everyone will be accommodated in El Nido overnight. Guests will be briefed the night before the boat expedition in El Nido. From June 21 to 23 the entourage will experience a once in a lifetime adventure starting with Belle and Tomas’ wedding at sunset on Daracotan island. Our crew will visit uninhabited islands, sleep under thousands of stars, eat fresh catch, and share a bond in island paradise. More details below.

Flights

If coming from overseas, we recommend first that you fly into Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) or Cebu (Mactan Cebu International Airport). Next you will need to book a flight from Manila/Cebu to Puerto Princesa on either Cebu Pacific Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Air Asia, or Air Swift. Please arrive in Puerto on or before June 19.

If travelling internationally close to the wedding day, we recommend staying in a hotel for at least 1 or 2 nights near the airport in Manila/Cebu to recover from a long flight before heading to Palawan.

If you decide to stay in Manila or Cebu for 1 night or more before your domestic flight we recommend booking an airport pickup and return directly through your hotel for peace of mind.

Recommended overnight hotels near Manila airport
