Aly and Patrick will be hosting their wedding at Seda Lio Resort in El Nido, Palawan on the 10th of May, 2025.

It’s recommended that wedding guests stay at least 3-5 nights in El Nido. This will allow you to fully enjoy this unforgettable experience with Aly and Patrick in Palawan.

Seda Lio, which is the highest end resort on Lio beach, stunningly sits north of the main town. Lio Estate is situated close to the Lio airport, making transfers easy if flying directly into El Nido. The wedding is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Philippines, with stunning seas, diving, beaches and limestone peaks towering out of the surrounding waters. Transport from/to the airport is already included with the accommodation booking at Seda Lio, and we recommend arriving at Lio Airport on or before the 9th of May, 2025. This will allow you to rest and be ready for the wedding festivities.

Transport and Accommodation

Guests can arrive to El Nido either via van, bus or car from Puerto Princesa (approximately 6 hours drive), or direct via Lio airport which is located in El Nido. There are direct flights to El Nido too from popular destinations such as Manila, Cebu, and even from Boracay direct to El Nido.

As for accommodation, we highly encourage you to stay at Seda Lio, which is not only the wedding venue but also the premiere resort on Lio Estate located on pristine Lio beach - with a classic El Nido view of the beautiful surrounding waters and mountainous cliffs in the distance.

There are other accommodations available from budget to high end in the area as well though, with El Nido growing substantially in recent years with more and more options. Lio Estate itself boasts other accommodation options very close to Seda Lio, so if Seda Lio is a bit out of your budget you can choose accommodation that suits you.

Activities in El Nido

One of the most unique and memorable things about visiting El Nido is touring the beautiful islands and lagoons and swimming in the pristine waters. We highly recommend booking an island hopping tour during your stay - particularly a private boat tour if you can!
